1. Returns
- You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at info@blouzat.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
We’ll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error).
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.
